SPICED MIDDLE EASTERN PINWHEELS (Vegetarian) Chick peas flavoured with a variety of middle eastern herbs and spices circled with roasted pimento peppers and encased in a flaxseed pastry. SPINACH AND CHEESE ROTOLLO Spinach blended with feta and ricotta cheese flavoured with herbs and spices, rolled in a pasta circle. CRAB AND BRIE IN FILO Filo triangles filled with crab and brie cheese. LOBSTER FILO ROLLS Pastry filled with lobster, carrots, celery, dijon mustard, herbs and spices.
